After driving over 500 miles we were eager to check into our room. Upon arriving, we discovered this hotel had no elevator as it was built in the mid 70s. We were located on the second floor and thankfully it was only seven steps up. So we lugged all our things up and settled in for a good nights sleep. My traveling partner pulled back the sheets to begin to settle into bed and thought he noticed a hair in sheets. He got out his flashlight, the room is very dim with little to no light, and discovered lo and behold yes there were several hairs. In addition the top sheet had a stain with a hair connected to it. I’ll leave it to your imagination as to what the source of that stain might have been. We went to the front desk and the manager on duty to complain. She said she couldn’t leave the front desk as she had guests that we’re checking in, but she immediately moved us to another room. My partner went to the other room before we moved all our things and pulled back the comforter and lo and behold yes there was more hair and a hair that was very curly in nature. We worked with hotels.com to get a refund, which I have yet to receive although it’s not been 24 hours yet, and moved to a different hotel. Additionally the floors were filthy and a couple of towels were dirty. Don’t stay here!

Noisy; an alarm in a vacant room kept going off at 5 a.m.for three days in a row. The clerk would not take care of the problem. T.V. was not connected and the clerk failed to fix it after two requests. No working room phone. No clock. Not safe for elderly and limited guest. Uneven pavement and side walks. No elevator. No safety bars in the tub. Unable to contact the hotel before the scheduled arrival. Then to top off the entire horrible experience, the trains were rumbling, screeching, roar through all night long. Yeah it was cheep - I wish I could get my money back as housekeeping took my personal pillow that I brought with me.

Sticky beverage rings all over nightstand and desk. Floor was sticky. Hair in bathtub. Towels are awful. Hotel has thin walls and was noisy. We didn’t sleep well. Don’t believe the reviews or pictures. Worst of 7 hotels we stayed in on our trip. Overpriced.

Room was clean and bed very comfortable even though it is old. Only problem was the bath towels. They are terrible. Could not hardly get dry after my shower! They definitely need to invest in new towels!

Hotel should not be assoc with Wyndham

I reserved this hotel due to it being associated with Wyndham. What a mistake!!! At check in I had to pay $200 deposit since I was a Cheyenne resident. There was nothing on the website that told me this. Then at check out they HAD to go and look at the room to be sure I could get my deposit back. I am 74 years Old - What would/could I do to the room??? The bathroom was so small you couldn't open the door if you were at the sink. No Grab Bars in tub for safety. I requested to be on the 1st floor due to the hotel not having an elevator. IT wasn't first floor - it was a garden level with RAMPS to get to it!

Hey, it’s a Super8. I was swayed by previous reviews but this is a tired property. TV and coffee maker did not work. Staff was very friendly and frankly for a road trip with no more expectation than a place to sleep, it was fine. But it is what it is.

Breakfast disappointing!!!

Room was clean, and bed comfortable. However, breakfast was disappointing..no fresh fruit at all! Was told “early bird gets the worm”…wrong attitude. You should inventory and have enough for paying guests!
