Overall excellent. This small (family run I think) hotel is centrally located within the historic city but far enough from the big streets to provide better sleep. Our honeymoon room was large and very clean. The staff is prob the best part of this hotel as very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has tasty traditional Thai dishes as well as some eggs and amazing cappuccinos. We had a lovely stay.

Cute boutique (think it’s family owned) hotel in a quieter section of Old City. The decor and aesthetics are not traditional Thai (reminds me of Spanish/Mexican) but an excellent stay. Breakfast and mini-bars are complimentary and nice extras.

We walked in and left this property without staying. We felt the photos on Expedia did not accurately reflect the room. The room was not very clean, dirty toilet and walls. Our room was downstairs close to kitchen and felt very cramped. Knobs falling of doors, safe wasn’t working. The lady offered to replace it with another won but it wasn’t bolted into the wardrobe so there wasn’t much point. Upon checkin we weren’t able to check in to our room before finding a money changer to pay 1000 Bart deposit. We had just flown from another country so we hadn’t had time to covert our money. Overall not a positive experience, we are still fighting with Expedia to get a part refund. The upstairs rooms in this hotel may be better, property looks nice from outside.

The stay was wonderful. The property is in a great location and is well kept up. P and M Jeff were great hosts and very helpful with any plans we had. The rest of the staff there was also very attentive. They have great food and drinks at the coffee shop/cafe. If we are ever back in Chiang Mai, we will be sure to stay here.

This is such a cute hotel in Old Town! Fantastic location, beautifully decorated, and the staff is so helpful and friendly. You are steps away from everything, but tucked away on a tiny street, so it's very quiet. I've stayed at several small hotels in Chiang Mai, and this is a favorite. We will definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous boutique hotel in warm Chiang Mai

All about Pran was outstanding. Stepping into the bedroom was entering a lovely cozy world full of beautiful decorative details that make you feel welcome, in a way only Thai people can do it. Jeff and his mom were always willing to help you with info about getting around Chiang Mai, and prompt to give you suggestions of things you should not miss while in town. Food was also delicious, prepared while you are at your table. I was lucky enough to try the delicious Thai tea the offered … mmmm! Do. It miss it if you visit All about Pran was outstanding. 酒店外觀很有心思，內部及外圍也看得出花了很功夫，很有特色。早餐也很好吃，親切的老闆很用心給我們做菜，也很樂意提供清邁的資訊，若是逗留時間較長的話，而且亦喜歡比較清幽的家庭式住宿，我覺得是蠻不錯的選擇，鄰近還有便利店、夜間小食檔，挺方便。特別提意一下，遊客可先準備蚊怕水。
