Villa Thapae was like my home away from home whilst in Chiang Mai! I love everything about this hotel and can't wait to return. It is very small so it is nice and quiet and very relaxing, and because there are not many guests the staff remember you and have time to chat and help you out. The location is fantastic, you can walk everywhere from here. The staff are amazing, special mention to Vivi and thank you again for my beautiful gift :) Rooms are so quirky and unique and I recommend the pool side access rooms! Plus, their facebook page has great suggestions for "off the beaten track" things to do in Chiang Mai. I cannot fault this hotel and would not consider staying anywhere else when I return to Chiang Mai this year! :)
