Tenuta De Paoli is located in Chianni, within an estate that includes hectares and hectares of woodland. The detached house is on two levels and is surrounded by a large fenced park of about 3000sqm. The natural setting and the possibility of excursions are the strength of the property. Animals are welcome.

Within the Tenuta there are two other properties, 1 km apart, where the two owners live who are very discreet but available for any needs.

Tenuta De Paoli is located between the hills of Pisa and Livorno. Discover the surrounding area by exploring the historical centre, trekking and mountain bike trails, which start from the property. Nearby, visit Volterra (36km), San Gimignano (50km) or Livorno (50km) while spending a day at the seaside along the Tyrrhenian coast.

The exterior is characterised by a large garden where you will find the swimming pool (110sqm - 16x7) for the exclusive use of guests, fenced in and equipped with deckchairs and outdoor shower. For younger guests there is a play area with a swing, slide, playhouse and modular play table. Table tennis, table football, volleyball net and fitness equipment are also available.

There are two terraces: one in front of the pool furnished with table and chairs and one covered terrace to the side of the house.

There is a parking space for 10 cars inside the fenced property.

The interior is on two levels.

On the ground floor is the well-furnished living room with sofas, fireplace, television and exit to the garden. The dining room has a table and chairs. Also on the ground floor is the well-equipped kitchen with utensils, oven, microwave and dishwasher.

The sleeping area consists of 6 rooms: 2 twin rooms and 4 double rooms, one of the double rooms with bathroom has separate external access from the main body.

The bathrooms have showers, plus a toilet.

Washing machine at guests' disposal and Wifi Internet included.
