The spacious living room benefits from dual-aspect windows capturing the best of the morning and afternoon sun. It also offers flexibility, doubling as a second bedroom with a high-quality sofa bed and direct access to the front garden and BBQ area.
The generous master bedroom is a peaceful haven featuring a king-size bed, ample storage, and double doors leading onto the south-facing decked garden, perfect for catching the morning rays. Thereâs also space for a travel cot, making this ideal for small families.
The modern, light-filled shower room completes the space, with large walk-in shower, sink and WC.

The Neighborhood:
West Wittering has one of the most popular sandy beaches on the UK's south coast. And this home puts you within easy walking distance of it. The property is situated in rural, peaceful surroundings within the same grounds as the owners main house.
Whether youâre staying to explore the surrounding area or relax, youâll be pleased to know that the local shop is within easy walking distance. And thereâs a pub close by too, great for soaking up the sun in the pub garden or enjoying dinner out.
East Wittering village is a short drive away, which has plenty of shops, including fish mongers, butchers and green grocers. You'll also find cafes, pubs and restaurants and surf shops.
Here are some other places you might want to explore during your stay:
â More beaches at East Wittering, Selsey and Bracklesham Bay.
â The biggest local city, Chichester, with its many shops, stores, coffee shops, and entertainment venues including a cinema and theatre. The majestic cathedral is also well worth a visit.
