This stunning and authentic detached cedar wood constructed Beach House has upscale luxury with all modern amenities and direct beach access from the house, gardens, deck and overlooking the English South Coast towards the Isle of Wight and Brighton.
This unique Beach house is perfect for quality time, Special Celebrations and memories with family or friends. Situated on eclectic East Beach Selsey and close to Pagham nature reserve, Chichester, Goodwood Estate & Racing and the Witterings, the Beach House has an ideal location on the West Sussex coast for many an occasion, walking, local diving, boating and fishing as well as family fun by an un-spoilt beach.

This stunning property was designed on a typical New England East Coast USA upscale Beach house with open mezzanine gallery and has all the character and charm of one. It is carefully built from Cedar wood and Selsey red brick throughout, and also boasts an open log fire, along with a large wrap around garden with BBQ and raised sea facing wood deck with direct gate access leading straight to the beach via a private garden with walkway that touches the Beach path. The long deck has sun loungers and seating for enjoying the stunning ocean views, beautiful sunrises and striking sun sets. The ocean view never looks the same and has to be experienced. With the cedar timber structure, you’ll hear the waves crashing , smell the ocean air and listen to the sounds of the sea as you sleep.

Completely and sympathetically refurbished in 2018 with fully equipped new open plan kitchen including 6 hob gas range, twin electric oven/grill and overhead extractor, large integrated refrigerator/freezer, integrated dishwasher, Belfast sink, toaster, microwave, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine and breakfast bar with large dining table that seats 10 comfortably overlooking the deck & Ocean.

The lounge sits adjacent to the kitchen and dining area making the Beach House perfect for relaxing vacations away with family or friends , and the windows extend the full length of the property allowing views of the ocean along the whole front of the Beach House , lounge, dining and kitchen level. There is an led smart TV , and a selection of board games , and dvd's for those night times when the stunning beach front location tires you out.

There are 4 bedrooms ( 1 super-king/twin with sofa bed, 1 super-king/twin with bunks and folding partition doors, bunks suitable for small children only, 1 large super-king/twin and 1 double ) two with sea views, two with garden views, 1 cloakroom, 3 contemporary new bathrooms, all 3 with walk in thermostatic controlled showers & 1 with a large corner bath, all have modern vanities, de-mist mirrors with shaver sockets and lights and are fully tiled. The cloakroom has toilet and sink vanity unit. Bedrooms, which accommodate eight adults comfortably in bedrooms, along with a double sofa bed in the master suite and bunks for small children, are all luxury carpeted and decorated to a high standard throughout with bedside LED lights and crushed velvet padded headboards.
A separate utility room has washer, drier, iron and board plus hair dryer.

The Beach house has unique wall art and pottery collected in person from around the world and oozes character, there is nothing like this for true relaxing beach life with all the modern amenities. Seascape feels like a luxury home rather than beach rental.
It is situated on the characterful and eclectic East Beach side of Selsey Beach overlooking the Isle of Wight to the right and Brighton to the left, a quiet pebble beach famous for fishing, clean waters and just enjoying true beach life and Beachcombing with friends and family. It boasts a mile long level seafront that is populated with a mix of individual homes that range from million pound super contemporary houses and unique beach house cabins made up of vintage railway carriages, it is also close to RSPB Pagham Harbour and Medmerry nature reserves, The Witterings and the beautiful city of Chichester. There are beautiful walks close by, a Seafront pub, crab shacks and a parade of shops which includes Bakery, Grocery store ,Fish n Chips, Indian take away, Dive shop, Hairdressers and Fruit n Veg, whilst the centre of Selsey is a short drive and has all local amenities including individual merchants.

Favourite local dining venues include upscale dining at the Crab & Lobster in rookery lane Sidlesham, The Lamb at West Wittering, The rustic Crown & Anchor at Dell Quay and trendy Billy's on the Beach at Brackelsham Bay.

"Selsey is one of those places that time forgot. It has some of the cleanest water running through the English Channel because so much tide washes through twice a day. It's the most southerly part of Sussex, and just lovely." Whilst we love doggies, we accept smallish ones and ask that they are not permitted on soft furnishings , or the carpeted bedrooms.
