The Melkart Loft Sancti Petri holiday home is located in Chiclana de la Frontera and is the ideal place for a relaxing getaway. The 30 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 5 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, and a washing machine. A cot and 2 high chairs are also available. Outside, you have your own private area with a pool, garden, covered terrace, and barbecue.



The pool is available only from May 15 to October 15.



The property is on a quiet street with direct access to the main road leading to the beaches. It is also close to the Marismas de Carboneros nature reserve, Salina Santa Teresa thermal center, public transport links, coastal hiking and cycling routes, and the Popeye and Nueva Alegría restaurants.



Free street parking is available. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed. Smoking and events are not permitted.
