The exterior also includes a porch area with a table and six chairs, a fixed charcoal barbecue, and a small bar with a sink, ideal for outdoor meals. Two sun loungers are available for relaxing in the sun. The property is fenced, and there are nearby neighbours.

The interior of the modern single-storey chalet combines comfort and functionality. The living room, equipped with centralised air conditioning and a Smart TV, offers a cosy space to relax and enjoy entertainment. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and all necessary appliances. The kitchen also includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for added convenience. The house has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, all with air conditioning and wardrobes. The bathroom features a sink and shower. A cot is also provided for babies.
