El peor hotel que he visitado, un engaño¡¡¡¡¡

Al llegar al hotel, la persona encargada me informo que no aceptaba pago con tarjeta solo EFECTIVO, Se le pidió me elaborara factura del pago, también me informo que ellos no facturan la estancia. Esta pésimo que pidan tarjeta para garantizar la reserva y el hotel no tenga terminal de cobro con tarjeta, estoy muy molesto y decepcionado del engaño que hicieron. El hotel esta sobre calificado, el cuarto, estaba sucio,no tenia servicio de TV, la regadera apenas salía el agua, hizo falta papel de baño, se les solicito agua embotellada y no contaban ni con agua, en verdad deberían de quitar este hotel de su plataforma, ya que es de pésima calidad y super mal servicio, mis peores recomendaciones para este lugar, ustedes como plataforma, deberían de hacer un check básico de los hoteles que promueven y saber que lo que ofrecen es acorde a lo ofertado.
