We had the breakfast buffet which we were told it was not free. The charge was too expensive. It caught us by surprise. We wont be going back to that hotel. Other hotels offer a much better and more quality experience. A customer lost for sure.

The furnace was not working, we have to order extra blankets. The food at the restaurant was not good at all. For a supposedly nice hotel the service is was average. The TV they had are outdated we have to watch Netflix on the tablet. If you are staying for work is ok. The parking lot was full and difficult to fine a spot since they share with the shopping center.
