Incorrect Extra Charge for Teen — Please Update Policy Information I recently stayed at your property and was charged an extra person fee for my 16-year-old child. However, your website clearly states that children under 18 stay free. I booked based on this information, so I was disappointed to find an unexpected charge at check-in. Horrible stay! Reception is not equipped to provide things like towels or water since we missed housekeeping. Phone did not work. Unable to make calls to receptions or get calls transfered. Location is great! Employees were nice but not equipped to do their job per higher manager policies.
