Staff was very friendly and helpful. We missed breakfast by 5 mins and they accomodated us with everything they had just cleaned and were so friendly about it. It was secluded behind another building so that was just a little uneasy but other than that, we would stay again. Room was clean.

This was an expensive hotel for the area and condition. It seems to be going under renovation but the rooms hadn’t been touched. There was black mold in the bathroom corners. The tub surround was old, patched and had cold second shower.

Run down low quality hotel

Hard to find entrance from road. Only a small alleyway as the main access. Completely missed it driving by twice. Ended up cutting through couple parking lots to get there. Our room had a very foul smell like wet garbage or sewer... The bathroom was very small and you could hardly get the door to close because of the lack of space and it was catching on the floor. In order to reach the light switch in there you had to reach all the way behind the door. For the size, it made no sense that the door opened into the bathroom instead of out. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. I would not stay at this hotel in future. Very disappointing for a Best Western.

We stayed in handicap accessible room #221. Door deadbolt was hard to get locked and looked like it was about to pull off the door, but it did finally lock. Juice machine was out of order, with exception of grape juice. My husband doesn't drink coffee or grape juice, and water wasn't available, so he did without.
