Renovated Victorian home offering beautiful views of the Chincoteague Channel and stunning sunsets from the balcony. A screened porch with picnic table is located off the kitchen at the rear of the house. Wade across the makeshift boardwalk to a private shelled beach area, perfect for launching kayaks or enjoying the evening sunset.
The second floor features three bedrooms. One queen bedroom with balcony access and a bedroom with two twins share an adjoining full bath. The third queen bedroom also has balcony access with water and sunset views.
A spacious third-floor loft provides a comfortable and private fourth sleeping area, featuring a double bed, TV, sitting area, and half bath. A second full bathroom is located on the first floor.
