Whether you’re sipping coffee on the porch, biking to see our famous Wild Ponies at Assateague, or winding down after a beach day, Sunny Side Up is the kind of place that instantly puts you into vacation mode - relaxed, refreshed, and just a little bit happier! And talk about a great location - Sunny Side Up is just a short stroll to both Memorial Park and the Carnival Grounds!

As you enter this beautiful home, you’re quickly reminded that big things indeed can come in small packages. Sunny Side Up embodies everything you love about tasteful beach decor, and feels much more like an upscale coastal home, than a home that’s perfect for a family vacation without breaking the bank!

You’ll love kicking back in the Living Area after a fun-filled day of exploring and searching for our Wild Ponies, and enjoying Flat Screen Smart TV and Free WiFi. Cool grays are paired with pops of coral and other vibrant colors, and create such a warm and welcoming space. Between this and the awesome Screened Porch with jalousie windows that lines the back of the house, there’s plenty of room to spend time together without ever feeling crowded. On the Porch, you’ll find more comfy seating, a Dining Area, and a rocker just perfect for curling up with a good book.

The Chef in your family will adore the bright white and beachy Kitchen that’s well-equipped with all the comforts of home, and then some! Grab a quick bite at the Breakfast Bar before hitting the Beach, or enjoy family meals together in the Dining Area. Also just off the Kitchen by the Breakfast Bar, you’ll find a Twin Sleeper Sofa, just in case you need it, a convenient Half Bath, and the Laundry Closet with Full Size Washer and Dryer.

Sunny Side Up sleeps 6 in pure comfort and style with 2 Bedrooms upstairs, a Living Room Sleeper, and the Twin Sleeper Sofa. So perfect for a small family, or 2 couples traveling together, you can enjoy the finer things without spending a fortune. Wandering upstairs, you’ll find both Bedrooms - and BOTH Bedrooms feature a Private Attached Full Bath - wow!

Bedroom 1 has a luxurious King Bed and is dressed in serene pale blues and greens - we just love this space! Down the hall, Bedroom 2 has a comfy Queen and is wearing pale corals. Both Full Baths have a Tub/Shower Combo, and full sheets and towels are included - just bring your beach towels! You can also enjoy Flat Screen Smart TV in both Bedrooms, as well.

On your way back downstairs, grab a book off the book shelf and head to the beach! You’re on island time now - and at Sunny Side Up, the only thing on your to-do list is to relax and enjoy the sunshine and Chincoteague Island!
