Our cozy tourist location awaits you in the center of the resort, a stone's throw from the beach, the promenade and the main services. The apartment, recently renovated, is ideal for couples, families or small groups looking for relaxation, sea and fun.
The apartment is accessed from a comfortable mezzanine floor, going up two flights of stairs. Once you enter, you will be welcomed by a very large, bright and welcoming living area, with a fully equipped kitchen: traditional oven, microwave, induction stove and everything you need to feel at home. The living room is illuminated by two large windows that overlook a very spacious balcony, perfect for relaxing outdoors.
The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: one double, with a very comfortable bed and large wardrobe, and a second bedroom with two single beds, comfortable and well lit thanks to a large window that provides natural light throughout the day. The bathroom is very spacious and equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine.
Going upstairs, you are surrounded by a very special atmosphere: an area reserved for tranquility and relaxation, where a very large terrace opens up, furnished with a large table, comfortable seats and an outdoor sink. An ideal space for outdoor dining, moments of leisure or simply to admire the suggestive view of the Lusenzo Lagoon.
The sea is a few steps away, easily accessible on foot, as well as all the amenities of the center. In addition, Casa Bea has an excellent location for the terminus of urban and suburban buses to Venice and Padua.
