Staff is great, breakfast was good. I've stayed here twice for work, both times on a monday. Both nights it was packed. If it's this busy all the time it seems like there should be money for much needed repairs and updates. The longer you put it off the worse it will be when you do it. When I was researching stays, everything in nearby Hibbing and Chisolm were charging upwards of $200 a night. This place was $120. Maybe if they updated the place they could adjust the rates accordingly.

The cable service was down. No big deal was supposed to receive a discount on the bill didn't show up on bill but was corrected at checkout when I pointed it out. Hot water took a long time to get shower in the room wasted a lot of water

A little rough around the edges. Needs basic repairs and upkeep that if continued to be neglected can spiral out of control in a hurry.
I've seen furniture for curbside giveaway that were in better condition than this chair in the room.

You can bike from the hotel to the bike park, this was great. Hotel was clean and quiet and the breakfast provided was well done, thanks!

The property is slightly run down and in need of some maintenance and new flooring. I can deal with run down but the rooms were also not very clean. Cleanliness goes along way especially when the property is in need of some maintenance.

The staff was fine. It was quiet. It was peaceful beds were OK. The linen was clean only because they weren’t done when we got there so we know it was floor was vacuumed. Nothing else was wiped off the window still had dirt in it. The screens were torn. Some of the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling. They were still here in the shower when we got there.
