Please take the trash out. The dumpster is located on the northwest corner of Parkway next to the dock fuel pump.
Turn AC up to 75 when you leave. A excessive cleaning fee will be add to those who choose not to follow house rules.

Heather was very helpful when we arrived and helped get us acquainted with the docking at the house which was very nice. The tiny house was immaculately clean and very nicely decorated. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a nice little fishing cabin with a dock and access to the water.

Fantastic stay on Chokoloskee

This small but spacious place is amazing. It has everything: the interior is very tasteful and updated and clean with impressive attention to detail to make it more pleasant and convenient. The location is also great, right on the dock with a view of the sunset over the water. The host Heather is also very responsive and nice. I would give six stars if I could.

Nice quiet spot!

Great if you have a boat and like to fish. Nights are quiet. My wife and I had a great time exploring 10000 islands. Caught a ton of fish and weather was perfect.

Simply Awesome!

Our long weekend stay in Choko was nothing short of awesome, and the experience all starts with the host. Heather was without a doubt the best VRBO host we've encountered to date, and I challenge anyone to find a more responsive, courteous and friendly host. The tiny home was extremely clean, well-stocked and exactly what the pics show. We were able to dock our 24' bay boat directly behind the house and the available pulley system made the Choko tides a non-issue. Live shrimp/ice were available only 30 sec walk away if needed and the sunsets at the end of the dock are a must see. Thank you Heather/Bruce for accommodating our stay and we will absolutely be back in touch for future stays.

Fishing Trip

This place is perfect for two old buddies or two couples fishing, sightseeing or whatever local adventures interest you. The host was outstanding n the place was very clean and accommodating! There is a marina with most supplies, ice, bait, lift launch and your boat is merely 30 steps from the door! Overall Very nice place n host all around

Great Place!

We had an excellent stay and enjoyed our visit to Chokoloskee very much. We appreciated having the boat right out the front door along with the grill and picnic table. The interior of the residence was very clean and nicely appointed. It had everything we needed. The neighbors were very friendly and bait/fuel, etc was only a short distance away. The host, Heather, is readily available, informative and a pleasure to talk to. Great place!

Chokoloskee Fishing

Great place to fish the Everglades! Kept the boat in the water directly behind the home. Freshwater and electric. Marina and bait on the next canal over and within walking distance. Heather was fantastic! Very accessible and helpful. The home was all newly updated, very clean. Will definitely be back for another stay!

Heater was a fantastic host. Very communicative and attentive. She had everything ready for us before we arrived. The place is wonderful and everything is brand new and well decorated. Too Short

I would have liked to have stayed longer, but the two nights we were there were great. Very quiet at night and friendly people about during the day. We had a great Airboat Tour about 20 minutes away, but some are available much closer. Friendly host that is close by but stays out of your hair. A few more coffee pods would have been appreciated but not a big deal. We stopped for groceries on the way down from Orlando and all the pots and pans we needed were available. Beds were great and the unique pull out couch was a highlight for the kids. Would definitely go back.
