3 Bedrooms with 2 full baths featuring a contemporary kitchen with quartz countertops and gas range, beautiful hardwood floors, luxury tile baths, and walkable to over a dozen bars and restaurants. A parking pass to the public parking lot across the street is included. Additional parking is available as well.
The space
Soaring ceilings and giant windows flood this unit with light. This is a beautiful and historic space mixed with modern amenities. The kitchen has contemporary quartz countertops and new stainless appliances. Professionally decorated with brand new furnishings. Located walking distance to many restaurants and bars.

The check-in process was frustrating at first—the code didn’t work when we arrived because the owner had it listed in multiple places. Thankfully, we were able to reach him and he corrected it quickly.The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean, which we really appreciated.Unfortunately, our stay was extremely uncomfortable due to constant noise. There is a bar right outside the window, and every night there were people outside yelling and intoxicated until around 3–4 AM. Loud cars with music shook the windows, and the RTA noise was nonstop.On top of that, the tenants above us were very disruptive—loud banging, dragging things across the floor late into the night, and on Saturday there was a woman and children screaming, which was honestly very disturbing.We stayed 3 nights and were unable to get proper rest any of those nights.If you are a light sleeper or looking for a quiet stay, I would not recommend this location.
