I located and killed the roach underneath the clean towels. I had to locate a receptacle and plug in the microwave so it would function. The room door is so bowed it shows day light around the bottom. Staff at front desk ignored me when I told them.. have the pictures for later reference..

Very dirty and not maintained well.

The room was dirty. There was hair all over in the tub. The bathroom walls, sink area walls, and toilet had mold. There were ants in the room. The floor was falling apart and dangerous. You had to slam the door very hard just to get it to latch. The bathroom doorknob didn’t work. You could see outside under the door. Great place if you just need a bed to crash in but that’s about it.

Waited several minutes at front desk before anyone showed up for check in. Staff member was very courteous when he arrived though. Sheets on bed were dirty/stained. Staff did get us a new set.

Decent budget hotel. No frills. You get what you pay for and we just needed a room for a night. I275 is 2 red lights away so a quick on and off stop along the way of a long road trip.

Crack head hotel. Your pictures you have on your website arent what the actual hotel is. No breakfast. Very disappointing.

I wanted to bring several concerns to your attention regarding our room: • The front door does not lock at all, which is a major safety issue and a violation of basic guest security. • The bathroom door was already broken upon arrival. • There appears to be a HUGE ant problem in the room with in 10 mins of accidental crumb dropping • We also discovered a beer in the fridge that was not ours when we checked in. I am very concerned, particularly about the front door not locking. I kindly ask that these issues be addressed immediately!
