It was dirty everywhere and always smelled like marijuana. Prices too high for snacks and the breakfast for what was offered. The hallways were freezing (Airconditioning was on when the temps outside called for heat) and one stairwell (we used because we had a dog) had a heater that was broken and VERY hot entry #4 2nd floor.

The rooms were shabby and in need of repairs. Four of four lamps were unstable and listing. There was blood on curtain. The door between sitting room and bedroom was badly broken; looked like someone had punched through the slats. No linens in the room for the convertible couch; went to lobby to get these. They were in a bag and did not include a fitted sheet. Elevator was dirty. There was not complimentary breakfast, only a $19.99 per person buffet available. Expected much better from a Doubletree property.

The room was labeled "handicapped", but, it was definitely not. No safety bars in the tub, by the toilet, etc. way too small to be ADA compatible. We did fine, but others would not. The rest was great.
