The rooms were very nice, very peaceful and relaxing. The beds are very firm, though, and the quality of breakfast is a little lower tier, but overall it was a wonderful stay.

was extremely disappointed with my stay. I completely understand a request to quiet down if there’s a noise issue, but the way this situation was handled was unacceptable. I informed the staff that I had two toddlers in the room and was actively trying to get them to sleep. Despite that, someone still came and knocked on my door again, saying the person below was complaining — again. The gentleman who approached me wasn’t understanding or considerate at all. Instead of showing empathy, he simply repeated that the person downstairs was still complaining. There was no support, no real solution, just pressure — as if I was intentionally causing disruption. Traveling with kids is already stressful, and this experience made it worse. I expected better communication and a little more compassion from the staff. When I booked I selected 2 children and their age. I did not ask to be placed on the third level.

Not bad for the price

Good reception and amenities. Nice pool and workout areas. Fast elevators. Nice clean and tidy room. Subpar breakfast. These pillows are anti-pillows. When you set your head down all the pillow material just goes on vacation.

Not allowing guest to socialize after 10pm in lobby makes it hard to want to go back. Every door slams when closing does not allow for any good sleep and if you have PTSD it startles you every time,
