Gorgeous, New York glamour in Hyde Park. This stunning 3600 sqft, 5 bed, 3.5 bath house has been completed updated with an all new kitchen, quartz countertops, modern bathrooms, and a big patio space

10 mins from downtown Cincinnati, UC Hospital
Centrally located in Cincinnati right off I-71

This house is a short walk to Hyde Park Square restaurants, coffee shops, and super close to Wasson trail

also includes 2 car garage parking, driveway parking, and plenty of street parking

This light-filled house is perfect for family gatherings with so much space. The outdoor patio with fire pit is a great place to gather with the nice weather!

Amenities:
We use high quality amenities throughout the house like Charmin, Bounty, Starbucks coffee, Tide detergent, and branded shampoo/body wash.

High end finishes throughout the home with Cafe appliances in the kitchen, soaking tubs in the bathrooms, and 100% cotton towels.

Fast Internet, electric fireplaces, and Smart TVs

Absolutely no parties or events allowed. We have exterior cameras to monitor this.
Must be able to climb stairs

Check in & Security:
There is a self check in keypad at the door for your security as well as exterior cameras.

House layout:
First floor has the open living, dining, kitchen and half bath

Second floor has 2 master bedrooms with King size beds and connected bathrooms. All memory foam medium mattresses for a good night's sleep! The laundry room with new Samsung washer & dryer are on the 2nd floor.

Third floor has 3 bedrooms - 2 Queens and 1 bedroom with 2 twins as well as a full bath.

The basement has a game room and entertainment space

Additional add ons by request only with additional fee:

-additional cleanings during your extended stays

You will have access to the entire house.

Car is the best way for longer distances. It is walkable to Hyde Park square and restaurants close by!

Our stay was wonderful, and the home was clean and tidy. Beautiful aesthetic, along with a well-equipped kitchen. I highly recommend! The only caveat was heavy road noise on weekday mornings due to school traffic.

Gorgeous Hyde Park Home

This place was stunning and just perfect as command central for a 2-week stay that involved Cincinnati Children's Hospital as well as trying to keep the little guy busy with the amazing places to visit - the aquarium, beautiful parks and gorgeous walks in the neighborhood. It lacked for nothing, and we will definitely try to stay here again next time we are in the area! The host was amazing and response time was next to nothing. Thanks for a fantastic stay where we made some great memories!

Fantastic!

This is the second time we have stayed at this lovely property. It is our go-to spot when we visit family in Cincinnati. It is exceptionally clean and well-stocked, and is beautifully decorated with a wonderful open floor plan. The manager of the property is incredibly responsive if anything is needed. Highly recommend!

We came here to stay with family and for a baseball tournament for our son. Beautiful house! Excellent location to restaurants, zoo, shopping! Went for a run and loved seeing all the gorgeous architecture in the neighborhood. Highly recommend !

The house is beautiful and very clean! The hostess thought of every accommodation to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen was stocked with all the spices, supplies, etc. we could possibly need! So many thoughtful touches throughout the house. We are already planning our next visit!

Walk to Hyde Park Square

Beautiful house, fun and fabulous location. Well stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds, really everything you would ask for in a vacation home. Yiwei Cheng was wonderful to deal with, and answered all our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property close to Xavier and multiple dining options

We stayed here visiting our daughter who attends Xavier University. This property has a great location, minutes from Xavier and within walking distance to great dining options like Dear, Alfios, Graeters, and several nice cafes and diners. It is also just minutes away from Rookwood with shopping and more dining options. The neighborhood is quiet and the property is easy to find. Parking is available also. Inside is spacious and exactly as shown by the photos. We would stay again the next time we visit our daughter.

Lovely Home and Neighborhood

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful property. We are a family of six and there was plenty of room - wonderful gathering spaces and bedrooms/baths. The property was immaculate and well-stocked with great off-street parking and ease of access. We also loved the neighborhood. Lots of character and walking distance to Hyde Park square. We hope to return on our next trip to Cincinnati!

No complaints except hand held shower spray not working in master bathroom. I mentioned that to owner without response but inconsequential to the awesome stay. Easy access to highways and restaurants. 40-50 minutes to the Arc exhibit!!!

Wonderful experience at a great location just steps away from Hyde Park square with easy access to downtown along the scenic river drive. Beautifully maintained and updated home with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy together and have privacy. Easy to check in and out, five stars top to bottom!

A Very Special Home for a Very Special Occasion

I was born in Cincinnati 50 years ago, adopted at 2 months by the most loving, amazing parents (Now deceased), and raised in Indiana where I’ve lived my whole life. In November of last year, the week before my 50th birthday, I found my birth family through Ancestry.com. My birth parents and extended family are all in Cincy, so I decided to get everyone together! Because I was going to be meeting both sides of my birth families for the very first time, and staying with my birth mom, sister and nieces under the same roof for the first time (And for a week!), I think it’s pretty safe to say that having the right accommodations was going to play a huge role in making this special meeting a success! From all parties having their own, luxurious suites with spa-like private baths, to the huge gourmet-kitchen and inviting great room areas that were so spacious and bright, perfect for hosting the Champagne Brunch for my new found Cincy family and friends who came down from Indianapolis to share the special day, everything was just perfect! Yiwei has created the most beautiful space and relaxing environment with this home, sparing no expense, and with tremendous attention to detail. (Beds were BEYOND comfortable!) My guests are still raving,, and we will be reliving the memories made here for years to come. Thank you again, Yiwei! I would recommend staying here to anyone. Also, great walkability! So close to many restaurants, shops, and downtown! You will not be disappointed. I can’t wait to come back again soon.
