Nice staff to check us in. Nice staff at the breakfast bar. Room was clean and neat. Bathroom could use some attention with piece of wall border off. Ally, at breakfast bar was awesome. Derrick checked me in. Lovely that you have all are welcome here signs!!!!! Tad bit expensive for the room I though.

Everything about our stay was great! The staff was knowledgeable and extremely courteous, the room was super clean, and the decorum was awesome. I chose this hotel because it looked so kid-friendly. I think I enjoyed our stay more than my daughter did! This will definitely be our "go to" hotel when we are visiting Cincinnati!
