We had a full kitchen, but there were pieces missing to the utensils and cooking equipment. We had 8 knives, 2 forks and no spoons. There were a few measuring spoons but they appeared dirty. A few of the glasses were dirty too. There was no dish soap or detergent to use in the dishwasher. There was a hole the size of a dime in the ceiling and water was leaking through it and dripping randomly onto the floor in front of the bed (we called and reported it but didn't want the hassle of moving rooms halfway through our stay). One of the closet doors was broken so we couldn't use it. There was only one set of bedding even though there was a sleeper sofa in the room. With all of that said- the staff was great. The maintenance guy saw a car with windows down during really heavy rain and he was trying to cover the windows the best he could until he found out who's vehicle it was (was not listed at the office). He asked my husband to watch him so that nobody thought he was breaking into their car. The room was very clean and it smelled so good! We had privacy, comfortable bed and pillows, well working hvac system and a private little patio my husband could smoke on. Overall, we would stay again, especially for the price.

Toilet backed up had to go to the lobby to remind them my toilet was clogged to have a working toilet. Once he came said he would be right back with a trash bag and we are still waiting for him to come back lol. Hotel served it's purpose

I was never informed that there was no hot water at the property and I feel like I paid what I normally pay to stay there, which is pretty ridiculous. I was there with a baby. I would have just boiled some water to put in the tub and give her a bath, but the tub was filthy. I had to was myself and my baby quickly at the sink for the duration of my stay. The carpet was disgusting. I was pretty disappointed.

The rooms were clean and large the other patrons were very rude in being loud until 2:30 in the morning, the staff was very rude when asked for bowls and utensils at breakfast.

I hate even leaving a negative review for anyone because I always try to find the positive in any situation. But I have to say I was super disappointed in this location because we had two rooms, one for us and I've for our brothers and and nephew. Both rooms were infested with cockroaches. Or brothers was way worse and he took pictures for proof. When we went go to the front desk to have our room switched, the staff said the hotel grounds were under construction so that may be why (not likely) and they said that their hotel was completely booked and they couldn't give them a new room until the next day (after 2 pm) when other reservations had checked out. so we had to stay in these rooms because there was no other location and we could go to because we couldn't afford it. We were from out of town and there for a wedding and had to stay in rooms that were infested. Not acceptable. This was really disappointing and we were told we would be refunded a night and we are still waiting for that to go thru along with the 100.00 deposit they put a hold on in the accounts. Please use caution getting a room here. The hotel looks great online and had positive reviews but it is not the truth. Be careful choosing this location.

BEWARE! Worst hotel experience I have ever had. I checked in and everything was fine, paid the $100 deposit. I was excellent guest when others were blaring the TV or outside with large groups of teenagers yelling so loud you can hear it in your room. Stomping feet above me etc. Since I was already there with all my items moved into the room I decided to extend my stay 2 days, I called the night before and asked what I needed to do and was informed to pay another $100 deposit, that's fine. Next day I go in to pay my deposit with the exact card I used upon my initial arrival and after the women with glasses looked at my card she told me to swipe it. Then immediately said it didnt go through swipe it again. I said no and checked my account and of course the money did come out I showed this to her and asked why would she ask me to repeatedly swipe my card? She said she didn't receive anything, and that I could come back in a hour and try my card again?! Why would I pay you another $100 when you didn't get it at first! I repeatedly asked her to try and solve issue because I'm out $100 and my room fee for 2 nights and you tell me you can't do anything and smile almost laughing at the situation. She refused to call her manager stated she didn't want to bother them, she had no problem with stealing my money and offering no solution. I LITERALLY HAD TO CALL THE POLICE to get a written statement saying I didn't stay at this location, so I could dispute. Still haven't got my money back.

I thought the hotel was nice, only a couple issues for me was, unable to get room cleaned during the 5 days we stayed due to their, only clean once a week policy. The front door leaked cold air but they are renovating so I’m sure that’ll be fixed eventually. Unfortunately had to hear people outside one evening until early hours but thankfully we just kept the fan on all night to drown them out. Overall, a nice stay. I’d stay here again.

I didn’t know how to work the thermostat so when I called down they sent up the maintenance man, Joe I think, he came up within a minute and taught me how and made sure it was working and then even came back and checked to make sure it was working properly still. Very nice staff and very cute rooms. Would definitely stay at this place again!
