Just 2 min walking to UC, Children's Hospital is only 5 min driving distance. Off street parking available. Premium location in a walkable Clifton neighbourhood with a great variety of restaurants just blocks away. My place is good for couples, families(with kids), solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Could have been great. The good ----location, perfect for a weekend stay, parking and reasonable price. Dropped rating for multiple reasons. Dusty and dirty. The amount of dead bugs in the window sills, scum ring in the toilet, stains on the pillow cases, grease steaked across the on the stove suggest this has not been clean some time or cleaned very poorly. Whoever they are pay to do cleaning should be fired. Add the fact we lost water (can't flush toilet or take a shower) both Saturday night and Sunday morning. I message the owner via the app but received no response. For that those reasons 2 stars.

At first, Dan was very kind and timely. After our arrival? There were dead bees and cigarette burns all over the bedding. There was no soap, and dirty dishes in the sink. I called about my concerns and Dan asked me if I had ever stayed in a property before I’m sure checking to see if I am not a good client or guest. I am. His only solution was for us to leave. No new bedding, no offering to bring soap, or possibly check on the bee carcus situation he only offered for us to leave.

Beautiful walkup in a great location!

I want to clarify my rating--the only reason it wasn't 5 stars (if I could have it would be 4.75) is when we arrived the 3rd floor was freezing and it wasn't until I messaged the owner that we found out the heating unit wasn't working. However she immediately moved us to the second floor which was very comfortable (a small issue--the tub drain was clogged with hair that I had to remove to keep it from backing up). But it's a beautiful property and it's clear that a lot of care and effort were devoted to comfort, convenience and aesthetics. Location is awesome and Elyse was very quick to respond to me. Very highly recommend--we'll stay there on our next visit!

Perfect Loft!

This 3rd level apartment was perfect for visiting my daughter in college. Quite spacious and loved the crisp, clean black, white and gray color scheme. Very nice amenities!

Great space and location!

This place was perfect for my husband and I during our short trip to Cincinnati. Very clean and well laid out, the couch and bed were comfortable, and the shower had a tall shower head which was great. The bedroom was spacious, the kitchen had drawers and cabinets labeled (super helpful!), and the snacks and drinks provided were a wonderful touch. The bathroom has minimal counter space, but I just moved the cart closer to the sink and it worked out well (also, loved that there was a quality hairdryer available). As for location, the zoo was a short drive away and our Lyft cost less than $8 to go to the OTR neighborhood where we checked out some local breweries later in the evening. UC is right across the street as well. Parking was pretty easy for us, but I can see it being difficult if you have bad timing.
