On the Euganean Hills, this beautiful late 19th century vacation home is surrounded by olive trees and woods, in a convenient position to visit some of Italy's most beautiful villages, Arquà Petrarca and Este, as well as numerous Venetian villas.

Thermal baths, bike paths and golf courses also await you nearby. Enjoy the privacy of the beautiful garden full of flowers and aromatic herbs. A small swimming pool (1,30 x 1,30; height 30 cm) is available for children. The garden is protected by an electric fence to keep wild animals away from the house.

The accommodation is on two floors, connected by a steep wooden staircase.

You can practice various sports such as mountain biking, Nordic walking, hiking, climbing in Rocca Pendice (12 km) and paragliding from Monte Madonna. For divers, the Y-40 swimming pool, the deepest in the world with thermal water, is 15 km away.

At 15 km there are the thermal baths of Abano and Montegrotto Terme with treatments and thermal pools. Within an hour's drive you can reach the beaches of the Adriatic coast or Lake Garda with its theme parks. The strategic position, located in the center of Veneto, allows you to quickly reach the main cities of art: Venice (70 km), Padua (30 km), Vicenza (45 km), Treviso (60 km), Verona (85 km), and medieval villages such as Arquà Petrarca (10 km) and over 500 Venetian villas and abbeys that dot the area. Not to forget the wide eno-gastronomic offer at the many fairs and events in the area.

The last part of the access road is not paved. Room number two has no door.
