Very great hotel with excellent service, 5 stars for sure. Transportation service was a plus. If we wanted to go to a nearby park for my kids to play they took us. The mall la misión is a beautiful mall with lots to do right in front of the hotel. The only thing I wish they would work on with the city is possibly putting in a cross walk right in front to cross to the mall. They have stairs with a bridge ( difficult for strollers ) a pedestrian signal would be nice.

Excellent location specially if you need to visit the US consulate, you’ll have restaurants, banks, hospital and several stores for shopping just crossing the street. The staff is super nice, hotel is clean, comfortable and it has a lot of amenities. Breakfast is delicious. I’ll definitely be back

Extrenely horrible experiencia with every contact at these 2 nightmare hotels. Except for the maid personnel, the kitchen staff and night security guard (extrenely gentle people) Nightmare with all 4 receiptionist we had a contact with. They need to be retrained. For Mesaluna everything important is all around making the maximum including selling tacos outside on a vending metal cart. And charging 20 pesos for public restroom outside the Consulate. We will hitting hard where they suffer the most. Money Lord
