Welcome to this beautiful house located in Cala Blanca, where 4+1 guests will find their second home.

The exterior of the property is ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. There you will find a well-kept garden, a barbecue and several areas where you can enjoy eating and having a drink with your companions. In addition, on the upper terrace, there are several sun loungers that will be perfect for you to relax while sunbathing. The house is independent but there are neighbours nearby.

The interior of the house, on one floor, has a simple style designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The living dining room has a TV, which makes it perfect for extending your evenings. The kitchen is independent and is equipped with a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. In the house, there is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There are three bedrooms to rest in. Two of them have two single beds, while the other has a double bed. There is a bathroom with a shower. There are four fans and a radiator at your disposal. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

The accommodation is very close to Ciutadella, one of the most important cities of Menorca. Its location near the sea, as well as its picturesque old town, are ideal for wandering through its streets and soaking up the Menorcan spirit. Moreover, it has all the comforts for you to enjoy an independent stay, as well as offering a wide variety of restaurants and bars where you can enjoy the typical dishes of Menorcan gastronomy. If you fancy a swim in the sea, less than 1 km away you will find Cala Blanca, with crystal clear waters perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay.
