Villa Llevant is a classic Menorcan style house located in the well-known area of Cala´n Blanes / Cala´n Brut. The villa has a beautiful and pleasant garden with a pool area, and a covered terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the hot summer nights.
Inside it is divided into two floors. On the ground floor yo will find the fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer , toaster, coffee maker , a cozy living/ dining room and toilet. Free wifi for customers..
On the upper floor there are 3 double bedrooms ( with air conditioning), one of them with a double bed an an en-suite bathroom, and the other 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each share a bathroom.
Villa Llevant is located next to Villa Llebeig, which has identical characteristics and makes it easy to accommodate two families who want to stay in two nearby villas
