This level features 3 double bedrooms in total: 2 of these rooms are each equipped with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the third double bedroom completes the sleeping accommodation on this floor. The ground floor also includes a well-equipped kitchenette fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, and a microwave. Two shower rooms, each with a bidet and WC, serve this level. Multiple rooms on the ground floor offer direct access to the garden.
