Our residence, consisting of three apartments independent, it is the ideal choice for those who want to experience the peace and serenity of the countryside both alone and in family or with friends. We are located on the hills, in a park of one and a half hectares, in the coastal city of Civitanova Marche: when you have recharged your energy sufficiently, between the rustle of the cherry trees and the scent of the flowers, you can take advantage of the beach and the services offered by the city.
