Disappointed with this unit and the management
I’m not ever one to complain but since there was so many and the management was so bad I have to be honest.
Pros: It is walking distance to downtown and the F&M Arena.
Cons: Communication with Management. I had to email, message through VRBO app and call to ask about how I check in and this was after I should have already been checked in. A person called me back with info and never apologized. The first full day of being there they sent me an email asking how my stay was and I told them how unhappy I was. With no response back from them. This is terrible considering I assume they asked because they want to give good customer service and none was given at all. Still no response.
Loud Street: the 4 lane road with a speed limit of 50MPH is 5- 10 feet from the unit and when you’re in the living room and one of the bedrooms it sounds so loud like you’re standing on the sidewalk. It was still so loud at night too I didn’t sleep well at all on 3 nights.
Cleanliness: the floors were dirty and needed to be mopped. There were other people’s hairs in the bath mat.
Comfort: the living room furniture wasn’t comfortable and the beds weren’t either.
I am so disappointed especially because the company has still never reached back to me at all. I don’t think I’ll ever stay with them again.
