The Mountain House is located on Kings Court in the heart of Suncadia Resort, just a short walk from all that Suncadia has to offer, including the Glade Spring Spa, the Swiftwater Winery, Hoist House Restaurant, The Lodge, 2 award winning golf courses, and all the outdoor adventures that Cle Elum & Roslyn have to offer.

Nestled just off of the 16th hole of Prospector Golf Course, this luxury 2 story home was built in 2021 and features 4BR (each with it’s own bathroom), a private hot tub, gas firepit, a 100” screen projector TV and the best game room on the resort! Enjoy all that Suncadia has to offer: Take the Suncadia Trail system to some fantastic sledding on the 10th fairway, or ride bikes through the scenic resort and its many kid friendly parks.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia swimming pools due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly $100 "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 4 cars in the driveway. Suncadia does not allow street parking. Additional vehicles are welcome to park in the over-flow parking lot at the Inn at Suncadia. **

Details About the Home:
On the main level enjoy the comforts of a modern mountain home with an open concept great room, dining and chefs kitchen with sliding glass doors that open out onto a covered patio with BBQ, outdoor dining and lounge seating. The great room features a 65” OLED TV, fireplace, and large, comfy sectional perfect for game night with family and friends or lounging around while watching movies. The kitchen/dining area features a 3 seat kitchen island bar, Viking appliances throughout, and all of the tools and flatware required to cook a gourmet meal. The dining table seats 8-10 adults - Perfect for a family celebration!

The main floor also includes 1 primary bedroom with an ensuite bath featuring a walk in shower, walk in closet, double sink, and heated floors, and 1 secondary bedroom with attached bath. Off the main living area is a mudroom with full size washer and dryer, and a garage game room with finished floors, perfect to entertain the whole family (includes a pool table, ping pong table, shuffle board, dart board and a 42” TV).

Downstairs you’ll find a top-notch theater set up – 100” 4K projector, surround sound, massive sectional and wet bar – perfect for watching movies or the big game. This level features 2 more bedrooms, including a second primary bedroom with attached bath, and a bunk room with 8 twin beds (2 of them trundles), and a cozy teepee for the kiddos to play. The bunk room is equipped with blackout binds to make sure the kiddos sleep in (so you can too)!

Step outside from the lower floor to find a gas firepit and Private tub, perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air all year round.

New Year get together

The house is beautiful, clean and well stocked to cook/grill. There is a fire pit and jacuzzi, which were a big plus. The owner/manager was extremely responsive and answered all our questions. Really would recommend the property.

We had our annual winter trip to Suncadia with my wife, or two grown kids, and their spouses and our seven grandkids. Had a fantastic time playing in the snow. Played many games in the house, which was very spacious and comfortable. Great place I highly recommend.

Great stay for large group with kids

Check in process was super simple, and the house was beautiful. Great bunk room for kiddos, nice master bedrooms for adults, and lots of space for play. The garage/game room is set up perfectly for large groups, as there are a number of games to keep everyone entertained. Owner was very understanding of an accident resulting in a broken item, and made replacement easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay!

The house was perfect for an extended family of 6. The back deck is stellar and all of the amenities worked as advertised. Our group had never been to Suncadia before and really enjoyed the stay. Communication with the owner was outstanding. Only negative was after a long stay in hot weather the smell from the garbage cans seeps in to the game room, so get the gaming in early. Even with that, we'd still stay here again gladly.

Great house!

We went with one other family so there were 4 adults, 2 teens, 1 tween and there was plenty of space for everyone! Key factors for us choosing this house were en suite bathrooms and King beds a large bunk room and a hot tub. Really nice spaces and the “game room” was a fun bonus! Nicely decorated, very clean. Kitchen is fairly well appointed however it was a bit odd that there wasn’t anything that could pass as a salad bowl (we used a large pot). Really nice that there was foil, however, and most of the basic spices! Great location and easy walk to both the Lodge and Hoist House. All in all, a lovely rental

Very Nice home in suncadia This is misleading “ Nestled just off of the 16th hole of Prospector Golf Course,”. It’s not even across the street from the golf course it’s one further block off so if this is important to you pay heed. Also the property next door is under construction. Thus all day long we listened to drills, hammering and construction equipment beeping and maneuvering . While not in the control of the owner, surely they are aware that this is occurring and should so note this. I rented this place just 6 weeks ago. They knew this was occurring Overall a gorgeous home and well set up for a large family but a bit lax on the truth in advertising when someone is paying these rates

Get better cleaning service and I'll come back to property

Amazing house in an amazing spot beautiful view and everything around it Inside of the house is horrible Cleaning is the worst I've seen Had dusty floor ladies ended up vacuuming floor and mopping it with towels cuz we had 3 little ones who crawl on floor also found dog hair in corners which are NOT ALOWED , and after dogs it needs special Cleaning dirty linens pictures can provide for proof Every single door is squeaking wanna go to bathroom could wake up kids when opening door need to use WD40 for it So maintenance sucks there big time Jacuzzi was not ready for use when we got there on Tuesday prior to our check in, how I know that, because maintenance for Jacuzzi came on Wednesday and said that he services only every Wednesday so if there were guests over the weekend prior us it means it wasn't disinfected till Wednesday And we used it the first day so that disgusting All cabinets handles were dirty and greesy and BBQ outside was a mess Heat thru out the house was horrible Downstairs one room extremely hot the other is still cold Same thing upstairs one room extremely hot other is cold Heating system not working properly
