The elegant granite and stainless steel kitchen is fully stocked for you to make fantastic in home meals. The dining table seats 8 with additional seating for 5 at the kitchen island.

The garage Game Room will delight your whole group! The Owner transformed this room with nothing but entertainment in mind featuring shuffleboard, ping pong, and a large Flat screen TV!

Large sliding glass doors off the great room open to a comfortable and scenic outdoor living space with views of the golf course. The private hot tub is a great place to relax after a long day of golf, or playing with the kids at one of Suncadia's many parks.

BEDROOMS:
* Main floor master suite has a king bed, a TV, direct access to the back patio, a private bath with dual sinks, a walk-in tile shower and a large tub.
* 1st upper floor bedroom has a king bed and a TV.
* 2nd upper floor bedroom has a king bed.
* 3rd upper floor bedroom has a queen bed.
* The upper floor bonus room features 2 twin beds, a twin/twin bunk bed and a queen sleeper sofa.
* On the 2nd floor there are 2 guest bathrooms with shower/tub combos.
* The main floor has a powder bath.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swimming Pools and Fitness Center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 6 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking.**
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
**The Owners of Rocking Chair Retreat have a dog that visits the cabin with them. This cabin is not pet friendly otherwise, so please be advised that individuals with pet allergies may be affected. No other pets are allowed.**

Relaxing getaway

This property was very nice and relaxing. The area was beautiful and super quiet. One person commented on how dark it was at night. The outdoor fireplace was awesome as our grandson had his first S’mores. The kitchen was was stocked with everything needed for meals, and plenty of prep area. The bedrooms and baths were plenty adequate for our group. This is a great place for your family get togethers.

Fantastic stay, surprisingly private being on the golf course.

The home is beautiful and well appointed, the hot tub was a bit low and needed some cleaning. The game room in the garage was fun and appreciated. We were unable to get into the resort restaurant, We ended up eating at Logan's in Roslyn and watching an outdoor movie a the park. Excellent dinner and a fun time. Highly recommend. Dan

Perfect getaway

We rented this property to spend time together as a family of 3 generations. It was perfect for our needs and we will definitely come back in the future. We loved that we could be secluded in the house, but also that the the trails, resort restaurants/wineries were a walk or drive away. We enjoyed that it had ample space, children’s amenities (pack n plays, stroller, bikes, dishes), and plenty for the adults to do as well (board games, pool, ping pong, corn hole, firepit). The property manager was also very responsive. Note: highly recommend bringing bug repellant and aloe! We enjoyed the outdoor space but had to purchase a candle to keep the insects away.

So, if the people above are up moving around it’s extremely noisy down stairs in the master bedroom. This would be an easy fix and would definitely improve the ambience of the master bedroom. Overall, this is a nice home.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the home and the location. There was just a couple of things that could have made it better. Not all of the burners on the cook top were working. As a matter of fact, only half of them worked. Also, the vent for the cooktop did not work at all. Also, the closet in the primary room was locked. There was no useable closet in the primary bedroom whatsoever. I realize everyone needs to lock up some kind of space for privacy, but not in the primary bedroom. I loved the area is we have friends that live on the same road. Grandkids and kids enjoyed it.
