The keypad is a problem. It must need a new battery. We had to punch several random numbers for a minute or so before the key pad lit up and all digits were available so we could enter the code and get in. It was quite frustrating. The place is quite nice and well maintained. We liked it.

This is a great place to stay—very comfortable, modern, clean, and all “Clemsoned” out. The hosts were great communicators. I was very familiar with Clemson and the condo’s location before we booked it but if you’re not, the location is a little far to walk to campus and downtown and you do have to cross 123 to get to there (almost a mile to TTT’s). It is also among student apartments so one night there was a party going on well into the wee hours behind us. Again, I figured that may happen and nothing that the hosts can prevent but if you have younger kids, that may not be ideal. But for us, my husband, dad, and me, visiting for our senior’s ring ceremony, it was a perfect place to stay. Go Tigers!

The condo was very clean and is walking distance to downtown Clemson. The host was wonderful and gave us clear directions on how to get to the condo and also provided a very helpful list of condo expectations. Highly recommended!
