Tired, neglected property

Keys were located at a distance from the property, which was practically impossible to reach due to road work. Garage key fob was in the apartment (why not keep them together?). Looks like a laundry service is run out of this property. Double bed is upstairs, which is uninhabitable now due to the summer heat and no A/C. Couch downstairs is stained and looks gross. Leather chair is literally falling apart. A few inexpensive upgrades to furniture would go a long way to improving the guest experience as would a better check in procedure and full disclosure about attic space. Location was great, super convenient to access Place de Jaude. And it was a bonus to have a washer and dryer available. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place for the reasons stated above.
