This corner-lot location provides you plenty of privacy while lounging at the pool (which is free to enjoy all year long)!

Two inviting Queen bedrooms on either end of the villa, each with its own private bath, are ready for when you turn-in. We also have provided an air mattress for one guest.  The fashionable bathrooms are tiled and include a spacious walk-in shower. Luxurious bath towels as well as pool towels are provided for your convenience. And if you’re in need of computer workspace, the villa has 2 desks that we welcome you to use.

If you appreciate cooking or preparing meals, the well-appointed kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops will bring you joy. The modern kitchen includes upgraded appliances: range, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven, as well as a Keurig coffee machine. You’ll find plenty of extras to help prepare a fun meal with friends and family! The kitchen nook seats 2, and the large dining room table comfortably seats 7. Complimentary laundry facilities with a washer and a dryer are included.

A TV is located in the living room area, with cable channels and a Roku (which includes Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.).  A second, portable Smart/Roku flat screen TV on a stand is also available for TV viewing on the lanai or bedrooms. Instructions for the TVs are located in the Guest Information Notebook.

We invite you to “Find your Balance” on one of the private water ski lakes or the onsite 9-hole golf course. Or take in the gorgeous views while exploring this 450-acre water ski community. Located just 30–40 minutes from the Orlando attractions, this world-renowned site hosts guests from all over the world. You may even catch a local water ski tournament, where you can watch world-class water skiers competing onsite!

On-site 9 hole golf course or nearby at Mission Inn, Bella Collina, Green Valley, Legends, or Kings Ridge! Victory Pointe South and Historic Clermont are just 6 miles away. The NTC is only 9 miles away.

Please note that the community gate is normally open during daylight hours, but we'll provide you with a code to enter between dusk and dawn.

Departure Day items - If time allows, we ask guests to help with a couple housekeeping items.  If possible, please strip all beds that were used and begin a load of towels in the washing machine (we provide 2 laundry tabs and 2 dryer sheets for this purpose).  We also ask that you clean up the kitchen and begin a load in the dishwasher before you leave (we also provide dishtabs for the dishwasher).  Throw away all open food and trash in the bins outside and leave any unopened food items for the cleaning staff.  Please secure the house and make sure to lock the front door.  Make sure to take a magnet and business card for 'next time'.  Thank you for your business!
