When you first enter this contemporary home, you will immediately take in the open concept of living, making use of the natural light that enters the home.  As you meander through the open spaces, you will then notice the home not only has complimentary colors and features, but loads of seating areas both indoors and outdoors so you can enjoy your own quiet space or visit with the other’s in your party, depending on your mood and time of day.  The bunkbed room even has its own attached living area so the kids can be together but not under foot!

The large kitchen, dining and living areas all lead onto a magnificent south facing oversize pool terrace where there are numerous seating areas and dining areas; plenty of room for family and friends to gather.  You'll find lots of areas to curl up to read a book while enjoying the Florida breezes, or lounge pool side on comfortable sun loungers to soak up the Florida sunshine.

For those of you who love water and the outdoors, you have a 'front row seat' and perfect view of the Swiss Waterski pavilion where water-ski pros and want-to-be pros from all over the world gather and compete on 2 ski lakes right in front of you.

On the oversized screened-in lanai/terrace you will find an outdoor refrigerator to keep your favorite beverages cool and avoid unnecessary trips to the kitchen.  (There is also a small refrigerator located in the Queen bedroom on the 1st floor.)  Guests are also welcome to use the BBQ grill located on the back terrace.

The custom kitchen includes upgraded appliances, granite countertops, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave along with laundry facilities with 2 washers and 2 dryers located just steps away.

The bedrooms are beautifully appointed and are bright, clean and comfortable.  One large bedroom upstairs has 4 double bunkbeds with an attached seating room/lounge area and full bathroom.   There is another bedroom upstairs with 2 double beds and it's own full private bathroom.  There are smart TV's located in the master bedroom, the queen room and the upstairs bunkbed lounge.

Downstairs you will find a queen bedroom with its own full bathroom and private patio and a nearby double bedroom (2 double beds) with a full private bathroom.  On the other side of the house you'll find the spacious master bedroom (King) and private full bathroom as well as another double bedroom with it's own private full bathroom.  The master also has two computer work areas if you need to catch up with the office.

Fitness enthusiasts will enjoy the large private fitness/weight room which includes free-weights, bench and a ping pong table for family enjoyment.  There are also 2 bicycles in the unit for those wishing to explore this quiet and safe neighborhood.

Clermont and the surrounding area offer a multitude of activities and events for athletes or sports enthusiasts.  Golfing is onsite or nearby at Mission Inn, Bella Collina, Green Valley, Legends or Kings Ridge!  Located just 10 miles away is the NTC (National Training Center) in Clermont.  Historic Downtown Clermont, the Clermont Chain of lakes and the Lake County Rowing Association boathouse are just 6 miles away.

Please note the community gate is normally open during daylight hours but we will provide you with a code to enter between dusk to dawn.

Notes:

Departure Day items - If time allows, we ask guests to help with a couple housekeeping items.  If possible, please strip all beds that were used and begin a load of towels in the washing machine (we provide 2 laundry tabs and 2 dryer sheets for this purpose).  We also ask that you clean up the kitchen and begin a load in the dishwasher before you leave (we also provide dishtabs for the dishwasher).  Throw away all open food and trash in the bins outside and leave any unopened food items for the cleaning staff.  Please secure the house and make sure to lock up the key in the lock box that is located outside the front door.  Make sure to take a magnet and business card for 'next time' as I offer repeat guest discounts.  Thank you for your business!
