This was a perfect stay for us! The 2 bed/2 bath layout, first-floor grocery store, free parking garage, and Clinic shuttle stop were exactly what we needed. The space was very clean and bright, exactly as advertised. The host was very helpful and answered all our questions in a timely manner. This will most certainly be our first pick for any return visits. Well done!

Excellent location, as I had to have surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. It was close enough that my husband could walk to the hospital if he wanted to. Having a safe & secure place to park was a huge plus. The property had everything we needed. The only negative thing I can say is that the beds were extremely firm & the pillows were not supportive.

This property describes the check-in process in great detail. Now I did ask for an early check-in & they told me that they would try to accommodate me but could not promise. I understood. The problem began when I went to check-in after 3pm. I followed the instructions & when I went to the lockbox, no key. So I messaged them (they do not provide a phone number & they are not in the building). They replied that they were still cleaning my room. I explained to them that I had to go back to the hospital & get my mom & I was there to drop off my husband who was not feeling well. They assured me it would only be a couple minutes. After messaging for another 30 minutes (now after 4pm) my mom called that she was waiting on me to come back. I told them I had to get inside to get the key & parking pass. Finally the cleaning lady brought me the key. The entire process to get a key from a lockbox downstairs while your car is parked on the street, going upstairs 4 floors, circling the entire building, just to get to the room to get a parking pass & doing all that in reverse to get back to your car to then drive to the garage to park is stupid. A parking pass should be in the box with the key because then they want you to do the same process checking out. Do NOT rent if you have any type of disability!! Then the room was NOT clean. Hair in the shower, water standing in the tub with hair in it. I paid a cleaning fee for that! And no offer of a refund. I do NOT recommend!
