THE GOOD - The room was clean and the bed was firm and comfortable. Pillows were also good. Located near the airport, mall and plenty of restaurants. Easy interstate access. THE NOT SO GOOD - The door to the bathroom has no latch and would not stay shut. The room is designed so that the light in the toilet/shower area shines into the sleep area through an opaque section in the wall. There is no shelf in the shower for personal items. The common areas in the hotel are not very clean. No breakfast. For $150 there may be a nicer location to stay that includes breakfast.

All of the staff are very friendly and accommodating to the changes I need to make to my stay. As a former operations manager for 3 of the largest commercial cleaning franchise companies, I can say the Aloft is extremely clean. When the wires for the ceiling lights have absolutely no cobwebs of apparent dust the Housekeeping Dept. is doing a great job. Will definitely look for an Aloft when I travel again.

Loved everything; the trendiness, newness, the pantry, the free coffee, the billiards and great location. I never witnessed before a hotel that is actually a "destination" to many. I was alone visiting family but when I had some down time, I readily came out to the lobby and hung out with others. Loved that others actually came to this hotel as a destination to hang out, have a drink and talk, relax, or get to know others. Saw deer at night coming from the wooded area -- what a treat! Thanks A loft

AWESOME STAY

Pros: The helpful staff, the clean room, the modern feel, the pricing.
Cons: ________
Location: Downtown Cleveland was all abuzz. I ate at the Winking Lizard. There was the sneaker con, Indians game and NBA game 7 gearing up.
All the Cleveland Aloft Staff I encountered from the moment I got on the airport shuttle were very professional, personable, and helpful. I enjoyed the chats and chuckles. I was able to check - in early, and the room was clean and modern. I thoroughly enjoyed my hotel stay. I am an avid traveler and this was one for the books!

I love this hotel

The lobby was fun and inviting. The staff was friendly and welcoming. My room was so nice and clean. I loved having the bean bag chair too. The location was great, right beside the highway, great food and shopping. I would definitely stay again

Fantastic new hotel

Everything about this hotel is fantastic. The lobby and lounge area is a great environment. Rooms are ultra modern, clean, and spacious. Location is great near airport, shopping, dining.
