The room was equipped with a refrigerator and a microwave which I lived very much. The bathroom shower made my feet feel nasty. Bring a pair of sandals to shower in.

Looks unwelcoming from the outside, but the staff was nice. The lobby and bar area looked “okay.” When we got up to our room it was very dark, even with every light on, it was very dark. The air conditioner fan squeaked when it was turned on. Just an “okay” overall.

Nice location but hotel needs maintenance.

Air conditioner was leaking water on carpet and room swivel chair surface was in poor condition (peeling off). Check in lady was cold and made no eye contact. Didn’t mention any hotel accommodations like breakfast, pool, etc.and didn’t welcome me like the Wyndham Avon does. Checkout man however wrote down my comments of the leak and chair and was concerned about it. Much friendlier than check in lady. Also , there was only one small basket for trash where other hotels always have one in bathroom and one in sleeping area.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your hotel on May 30th, 2025. Upon arrival, I was alarmed to find multiple police officers and an ambulance outside the premises, attending to an individual being removed on a stretcher amidst a chaotic scene involving numerous teenagers. This unsettling situation raised immediate concerns about the safety and security of the hotel environment. As I proceeded to my suite, I encountered a strong, unpleasant odor in the hallway. Upon reaching the door, I noticed an orange peel discarded right outside. Inside the suite, the conditions were far below acceptable standards: • Curtains: Covered in grease stains. • Carpet: Dirty with a significant red stain. • Bedsheets: Marked with yellow stains. • Containers: Exhibited various stains. • Bathroom: In a deplorable and unsanitary state. These conditions starkly contrast with the images and descriptions provided on the website. Additionally, the positive reviews that influenced my booking decision did not reflect the reality of the accommodations.

The fan in our room was so noisy we couldn't stay the whole trip. The lighting in the bathroom was terrible. Little to no soap or any shampoo or conditioner. Not enough towels for two people.

Booked this hotel for a quick getaway, only because they had a swimming pool. Spur of the moment idea and decision and only 22 minutes from home. I was skeptic because it was only a little over $80 after taxes but they had a swimming pool. As soon as i pulled into parking lot that was cut in half and when i went inside to check in it was gone. The lobby was so nice i knew my room would be. Definitely will be going once a month just because

Nice, clean hotel. Our 5th floor room overlooked the indoor pool area which was past hours so it was closed and quiet. We had a great last minute deal which was a great value. Would definitely stay again.
