The bed in my room was not made, and I did not have a comforter. Overall, the hotel felt run down. The staff was very pleasant, and I did have a good breakfast at the on-site restaurant.

This property needs lots of updating. We had to move rooms because of loud air-conditioning unit. The new room didn't have working light on bedside table, the fridge didn't work (I pulled out to see if it was plugged in and it was extremely dirty), the toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall, we didn't have any room service for replenishing coffee or trash empty, and the chlorine smell was overwhelming. Very disappointing for a Wyndham Hotel.

Hallway had small, brown, dirty bins near ice machine, one washcloth for Three guests!!, was told none of the "one bedrooms" have Any doors on them, but picture on online site when I booked a "one bedroom" showed it having a door. Privacy out the window with a guest. No door at all on my one bedroom so was told about the door issue after I asked front desk for another room...defeated the purpose IF all the the bedrooms have no doors...smh. My first time as a guest at Wyndham and it'll be my last. I work too hard for my money to pay for false advertising (door on "one bedroom", but no doors At All). Didn't enjoy my stay at all...

Was ok for one night but needs some attention mostly outdoors. Bed was comfortable, I thought breakfast was included but would have been additional cost so we ate somewhere else. Location worked for us

The room & hotel were clean & we had a comfortable bed. I, however, do feel they should leave more than one washcloth to use, for two guests. And there was only 1/2 roll of toilet paper, for a 2 night stay. They did give us extra towels, a washcloth, and another roll of toilet paper when we asked. The front desk staff were extremely friendly. We never had interaction with housekeeping during our stay. But i enjoyed my stay and will return.

Too large of a hotel…with a down elevator.

Besides the one elevator closest to my side of the hotel, not working for the complete stay, it was fine. Did feel like I walked forever because they put me I. The 5th floor, opposite to the main elevators. Forgot things in my van a few times and was a trip to get them.

Our rooms were not cleaned the whole time we were there and the ice machine on our floor was broken. Also the sink drain was very slow and the toilet took a long time to flush. They need to provide much better toilet tissue.

The rooms could use maintenance and better cleaning. Our bed was sinking. The carpets were stayed. Trash cans had no liners, and there was a roach in our room. Also guests were smoking pot in the rooms.
