My wife and I chose this place for family and friends to stay at for our daughters wedding weekend. Communication: Owning a VRBO of our own we know what it takes to communicate with guests. In this case we didnt receive any pre arrival instructions.I had to reach out to ask about arrival becasue They didnt hear back until after we got there. We did receive our welcome email the day after we arrived. Arrival : Upon arrival the 4 outside trash recipticles were overflowing with trash. Upon entering the space looked clean and as described. Outside out back was once an amazing patio with lights and a fountain. None of it worked and alot of the wires were just laying on the patio. The campfire ring was completly full with ashes. It obviously had not been cleaned in awhile. The whole space was not clean. After walkng on the hard wood floors we found the floors to be very dirty also. Ammenities : We found the house to have everything that was initally described and what you wuould need for a stay. Departure : We never received a departure email with direction on what to do. I messaged the Host asking about departure info and did not receive anything from the host before we left. I messaged host and told them of our departure, it was after that that they sent a message.
