The staff, both night and morning, were rude and dismissive. They helped someone else before us though we arrived first. The morning clerk refused to provide me with a receipt.

Dear Candis. I`m sorry per our contract with Travelocity and Expedia. com where your reservation came through into our system. we are not able to give a receipt to pre-paid guest after their stay. I would recommend contacting Travelocity or Expedia with any concern you may have about the cost and a receipt for your stay. any question please feel free to contact me.
