bar was a necessity as the shower floor gets slippery. The bathroom nightlight was a Very Nice surprise! The only drawback is the lighting in the large room was not sufficient for packing and unpacking. The entry light was huge and needed to be on the rooms ceiling. Clever idea of a sliding door that worked as a closet door and bathroom door but had its challenges at times getting caught while one wanted out of the bathroom and the other person was getting a item out of the closet. Breakfast buffet was ample. ,.

I know the loss of power in the area and disruption of internet/wi-fi was not within the property’s control but made the stay less enjoyable because we had down time at the hotel and couldn’t utilize the services. Our room had gnats in the bathroom…which were reported to the front desk. For the cost of the room, just didn’t feel the room was at that level…

Decent for the price

The property was very clean and the staff was very nice. The free breakfast was decent specially for being free. It was centrally located next to the national park and restaurants can the pillows on the bed were horrible which made for a horrible night of sleep, the walls were very thin, and the people above us were up till 3 o’clock in the morning and stomping around the room.

Property details says it has kitchen in the room amenities, but hotel management and receptionist said they have kitchen in hotel but not in the rooms. So funny response. I will never trust Expedia and Hampton. Poor experience

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I wish is that the air conditioning stayed on longer. Its on a timer and shuts off not to long after. The room was clean, and looked modern which I always like. My overall experience was excellent. The rooms are soundproofed so you can't hear people talking or their televisions like most hotels. However the floors are evidently not too thick. I could hear people walking througout the day and at night. It wasn't terrible but a minor annoyance. But overall this was a great stay and I would stay there again.

We loved this hotel. We actually checked out and requested a refund from another hotel in the area and stayed here instead. The property is clean, Mark that works in the breakfast area was wonderful! Staff was all friendly, pool was clean and fowls were always clean and available in the pool area. Highly recommended
