The staff were very courteous and hotel was in great shape. What upset us that despite requesting our room to be cleaned, all they did was put in fresh towels.

One of the lights was burnt out in the bathroom and one of the blackout curtains was broken. Other than that, everything was satisfactory in the room. The staff was unable to print me an itemized receipt upon checking out; I am still working with them to try and get it. There was some sort of issue with their system. The hot tub was out of service unfortunately. They were able to give me a late checkout which was very much appreciated. They had complimentary hot cider in the lobby (since it was Fall), which was a fun touch! Breakfast was average but good (scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, muffins, bagels, cereal, etc.). Their coffee machines and tea selection was nice.

The staff was exceptional. Breakfast items were slow to be replaced. The change in the pillows and mattresses are very disappointing since it is one of the reasons we consistently stay at Holiday Inn Express, for these reasons we will start exploring other options. In addition it seems that everytime we stay at this particular location the spa is closed so all the amenities are not avaliable during our stays. One last item, the new coffee machines are terrible.

It was good , the staff was friendly , the room was clean ,the beds were really hard . I always enjoy the continental breakfast but the pancake machine was broken and it didn’t have as many choices as far as fruit , yogurt , muffins . It was pretty bare and we were there pretty early .

The pool had an excellent layout. It was very clean, plenty of pool towels were available. The hot tub was large and would have been very refreshing; but, it was not working. That was a disappointment.
