At check in we were told there was only one room booked after I booked two in hotels.com. They wouldn’t help me at the hotel said I needed to contact hotels.com. Then there was a $150 incidental fee so $370 for one room was charged. That high fee is absurd but caused my mom to have to sleep on the pullout couch in my room opposed to her having her own bed like she was suppose to.
