Everything was super clean and staff very friendly. The shuttle driver was early to the airport ground transportation outside pickup. Also When i phoned to advise of arrival, the same man Advised me several times to wait inside for most of the wait due to frigid temp of 10° last night!!!!!!! Sweet & helpful front desk lady this morning. Bravo well done. Will refer friends for sure.

It took 15 minutes of running the water to get it warm enough (barely) to take a shower. I wasn't ready for a polar plunge.

I was not informed at check in the hotel was without hot water…major inconvenience. Was without hot water most of evening without even an apology or accommodation. The comforter was stained as well. Also, this is supposed to be a non smoking facility and that’s a lie I smelled weed all down the hallways. Some staff was nice some were rude. I would not recommend.
