Went to check in, was given room keys arrived to the room. Room was dirty, possibly someone already staying in the room. Bed was unmade, towels were laying on the floor, tv on. Awful first impression! Second room was slightly better. Graffiti etched into the elevator, not the cleanest but not the worst

We arrived at 9:30pm and left at 5:00, so we didn't see much of the hotel. Shuttle took 39 minutes to pickup from airport, but was on time in the morning. Room was clean and staff was friendly.

We arrived to the hotel and it was very much not what the other reviews made it out to be. The hotel was non smoking but the hallways REEKED of smoke and then they charged me for a smoking fee. Elevator seemed like it was struggling constantly and was honestly scary to get in. The room was clean but the beds were terrible, felt like springs were going to poke through the mattress and into our backs. Scuff marks all over the walls and furniture, the tv remote had buttons that had been chewed off and the TV wouldn’t turn on without using the remote/missing buttons. The dresser was very old particle board and peeling at the bottom and it was leaning forward so the drawers kept randomly sliding open. The sinks would not drain unless you removed the drain completely and it was disgusting. The only nice thing was the airport shuttle and the two employees who drove the shuttle were the sweetest. I would not stay here again.

There was only a very old lady on counter . she was very very slow and took moor then 30 minutes for cheek in. Wi-Fi was not working and no one at the counter know how to fix it.

Could’ve used more towels in the room, bed and pillows were pretty uncomfortable. The room did have an odd smell, almost like cigarettes despite the hotel being strictly non smoking. Breakfast was average, what you’d expect from continental.

Front desk took A VERY long time to check us in. Nobody said anything about not accepting chime after already prepaying, even though it’s the only bank we have. Thankfully they finally ran our card. Then they made a big deal about some fire sensors detecting smoke or vaping and if it accidentally charges you they can’t do anything it’s all up to corporate. Just very off experience, will not stay again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, no complaints there. The room however had blood pretty much on every fabric possible; was clean but stained. Not a huge dealbreaker for the price but just something to keep in mind. The location is great, low traffic area, and easy parking. It’s nothing special but would stay again.
