Room floor was dirty. Check in was listed as 3:00 but was told 3:30 on arrival and a $40 fee for early check in. Also my reservation listed a restaurant was on site but was told it was under construction when I asked if they served breakfast. The restaurant did not look like it was under construction.

The room was dirty. Floors had dirt and hair everywhere, cobwebs by the tub, muddy shoe print on the bath mat, top cover of beds extremely dirty. Was supposed to be a King bed but they gave us two queens. No hairdryer and no iron. Would not recommend.

Horrible hotel no tissue in bathroom couldn’t lock the hotel door and when we finally got it to locked now we couldn’t get back in called the front desk they told us we had to wait until 8am when maintenance came in

We never stayed. Was promised a refund, still haven’t gotten it. This hotel is a wrap around motel, this is not a hotel. The room they gave us after telling us they sold out even through I paid for a room the day before was absolutely disgusting. Dirty and smelled like someone lived there for 30 years and smoked in it. It was awful. Was promised a refund, but have yet to receive one.

Room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. Dead flies all over the hardwood floors. There was not enough towels for two people to take showers. So short staffed they were cleaning rooms during the night.
