Hotel was clean but the people that check u in were rude. How r u gonna tell me that u don't have any silverware for a carryout dinner I took back To. The Hotel and the room had a full kitchen . I asked nicely for a fork to eat my dinner and she looked at me straight in the eyes and said no . #neverstaythereagain

Very nice and private which is nice. Room was very outdated, dirty, and smelled like cigarettes. Everything was stained from cigarette smoke. Plastic bags over smoke detectors. No plates or cooking utensils but that’s okay we decided to eat out anyways.

I ended up losing a day because I accepted my booking and they wanted an extra deposit. They were very rude and kept trying to call the police on me. The lady at the front desk kept cussing at me and hanging up the phone and then I went down there, and she kept cussing at me again I felt very unsafe.

The pictures on the website are not accurate. This hotel is extremely outdated, rundown, and unclean. There were several large, 2ft+ wide dark stains on the carpet. There was long black hair in the bed and in the shower. The building we stayed in is a sleep lab for a local health system??? That's not mentioned anywhere on the website, either. Very unhappy. I know it was a cheap room booked last minute but it was much lower quality than I expected.

My stay was excellent , the room was clean when we walked in it smelled fresh the bed was made the bathroom was clean the living area was clean the staff were really nice as well and I appreciated that. This is my first time booking a room and the staff are very friendly very understanding and they helped with all of my questions . I will book with them again.
