Welcome to this beautiful standalone home in the heart of Tremont. There 3 Decks (one with a view of the Cle Sky Line) and one of the largest outdoor patios for a residential home in Down Town CLE. Their are 4 parking spots (2 in the garage and 2 in under one of the decks). This Private 4 Story house is over 2700 square feet and has some of the nicest amenities Luxury Airbnb's have to offer. Nice house. Great location. Easy to get to everything in CLE. Quite neighborhood. Was a great place to stay for our two families in town for a Guards game. Only issue would be if you have a hard time with stairs. Would definitely stay here again

Great Space

We stayed at the Summit on Sixth for our Christmas celebration with our adult children. There was plenty space to all be together as well as sneak away for quiet time. Justin was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Space was warm and inviting and clean. The shower in the master is worth the price of the stay alone :-). Be aware, definitely not conducive to an individual who may have issues with stairs.

Perfect house for large gathering

Justin and the summit hospitality was perfect for our group. We plan an annual meet up every year and this house couldn’t have been more accommodating. Perfect location. Easy access and plenty room. I couldn’t recommend this listing more. Great time!

Great place to stay while in town for an event!!!

I was in town with a group of friends to go to a concert at the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse, and it would be hard to find a better place to stay. The house was large and comfortable with every amenity one could want for a 2 day to weekly stay in Cleveland. The house in Tre-mont is perfectly situated and is no more than a 15-20 minute Uber ride to all the sites around town. We would gladly stay here again!!!
