My room was ok. I didn't like the smell. Smelled like old laundry and animals. I sprayed my own Lysol and got it smelling great. I'm don't complain. I just figure out a solution. No complaints with Travelocity. They are great and have been so for years. I can depend on them..!

Room was clean. Positives end there. This place is a long term residence for people, not a hotel. As the clerk told me when I checked in, "most people live here". Travelocity should be embarrassed to even have this place on their site. Listed with 2 queen beds. Had 2 of the worst doubles I've ever slept on. No box or base, just a fence like frame that offered no support. We had to walk through the groups outside smoking to get in to the building...every single time. It took me seeing about 5 people before I saw a collective full set of teeth. Hallways had the smells of whatever the people in the rooms were cooking. Yes, there are mini kitchen. First night smelled like a back alley Asian street cart. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else. Travelocity, do yourself a favor and remove this listing.

The staff was polite and that’s about where the positives end. One of the workers was walking around barefoot while doing her work and none of the employees were wearing masks or gloves. The hallway leading to our room smelled like marijuana. Our room was clean to a certain point when just walking in. However, when looking closely, there were stains on the sheets, toilet was not cleaned, & stains in sink and on countertop. The mattress was super thin (like a cot mattress). The quilt was super thin and looked like it had been pulled out of a dumpster. The pillows were also of poor quality. Because we felt so uncomfortable, we left immediately and went to another hotel that definitely met our expectations.

The room i stayed in had an over powering smell of aftershave. I opened the window to try and air it out with minor success. The air/heat unit was loud so before morning I got up and turned it off only to find the front cover of the unit had fallen open and I could not make it stay closed.
